Our Process
Ordering
Either at the "Home" page, or down below, start an order for the number of cards you wish to have graded. Then all you have to do is simply add them to your cart!
Checking Out
Follow all the prompts to successfully place and pay for your order! Yes, this where we take your hard-earned cash.
Prep Work
Frostbite is going to mail you a submission kit. This kit will include a bubble mailer, protective sleeves, top loaders, and a printout of your order confirmation (the order confirmation must return back to us, this helps our process). The bubble mailer will already have a return shipping label on it and ready to go! All you need to do is put your cards into the sleeves and top loaders and send them back to us. If your cards are already in a protective sleeve, please return ours and send the cards in yours. You will receive them back with your freshly graded cards.
Shipping
Once you have your cards loaded, and in the mailer, drop them at your local post office so they can be sent to our P.O. Box! As soon as we have them back, the grading process will begin.
Grading
Once we have your cards, they will be graded thoroughly and promptly. You will receive a detailed report card, so you know exactly why the card received the grade it did. We will keep no secrets and will be fully transparent. Once grading is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that your submission is on its way back to you!
